'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started with a humble ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family launched our pizza shop in 1985, a quaint, family-operated venture with recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Rossi, our progenitor, polished her pizza-making prowess on her travels across Italy, learning from renowned pizza chefs in Naples, where pizza was born. After her journey back to the UK, she aspired to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza by adhering to traditional techniques and choosing only premium ingredients.

What initiated as a cozy 12-seat pizza place has now expanded into a cherished community staple. Even with our growth, the dedication to excellence and genuineness stands firm. We maintain the old-style wood-fired oven methods, make our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the most exceptional ingredients available.

Even now, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is a family-owned and managed enterprise, with the Rossi lineage's next generation steering our zealous crew. While we have accepted some contemporary enhancements, our core mission persists: forging scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites folks.
